Wisdom teeth extraction
It is useful in the presence of a narrow palate, overlapping teeth or inability to erupt. Often, for proper pre-surgical planning, both an Opt X-ray and a 3D CT scan are performed. The operation is performed using piezosurgery®️ technology, which allows cuts to be made using a high-precision electronic scalpel, acting only on the hard, mineralised tissues (bone and tooth), and respecting the soft tissues (vessels, nerves). This results in less trauma, extreme surgical precision and better healing.

Regenerative surgery
It includes all operations that serve to regenerate receding bone and gums, thanks to autologous or heterologous grafts. The aim is to recover the missing bone volume (both horizontally and vertically) before inserting an implant, or to restore gingiva severely receding due to periodontitis.
Removal of frenules
Frenulectomy is a quick and painless operation using a laser. It consists of the removal of small bands of labial or lingual tissue, and is necessary if limitations to lip or tongue movement appear, affecting speech or correct tooth alignment.
Laser surgery
The laser replaces the traditional scalpel, very often avoiding stitches for the patient.
This means: less invasiveness and better and faster healing.
Gingival plastic surgery and frenulum removal are some examples of laser application.
Removal of cysts and neoformations
If abnormal growths and lesions within the mouth are found during the usual checks, we immediately take small tissue samples for histological examination. The removal is painless and serves to intercept the benign or malignant nature of any abnormalities.
