In compliance with EU Reg. 2016/679 (European Data Protection Regulation) We provide you with the necessary information regarding the processing of the personal data you provide when browsing the website of the data controller. 2.TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED
Personal data any information relating to a data subject, with particular reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more characteristic elements of the data subject's physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity - see Art. 4, c. 1, no. 1 GDPR.
Processing of personal data is to be understood as: “any operation or set of operations which is performed upon personal data or sets of personal data, whether or not by automatic means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction”.
By interested party should be understood: “identified or identifiable natural person”.

- PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING
Data of a personal nature provided, will be processed in compliance with the conditions of lawfulness under Art. 6 EU Reg. 2016/ for the following purposes:
- browsing this website; booking any appointments, services, visits and related activities (internal organisational activities and activities functional to the fulfilment of contractual and pre-contractual obligations) - Art. 6 lett. f) EU Reg. 2016/679 as the legal basis for the processing.
Data processing is based on Article 6(1)(f): (recital 47), taking into account the reasonable expectations of the data subject at the time and in the context of the collection of personal data, when the data subject could reasonably expect processing to take place for that purpose.
- subject to your consent and until your objection, to receive subscription to the newsletter of the data controller in order to receive information material and emails aimed at advertising the activity of the dental centre as well as events and initiatives promoted by the same - Art. 6 lett. a) EU Reg. 2016/679 as the legal basis of the processing.
- RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA
The data of a personal nature provided will be communicated to recipients, who will process the data in their capacity as data controllers (Art. 28 of EU Reg. 2016/679) or as natural persons acting under the authority of the Data Controller and the Data Processor (Art. 29 of EU Reg. 2016/679), for the purposes listed in point 3 above. Precisely, the data will be communicated to:
- Persons providing services for the management of the information system and communication networks (Internet sites, e-mail); - Authorities responsible for fulfilling legal obligations and/or provisions of public bodies, upon request.

- DATA TRANSFER TO A THIRD COUNTRY AND/OR AN INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATION AND GUARANTEES
Data of a personal nature will not be transferred abroad within or outside the European Union.
For some specific processes, personal data may be sent to companies based abroad, within the European Community, using web portals equipped with HTTPS protocol and access with personal account.
- RETENTION PERIOD OR CRITERIA
Processing will be carried out in automated and/or manual form, using methods and tools designed to guarantee maximum security and confidentiality, by persons specifically appointed for this purpose.
In compliance with the provisions of Article 5 paragraph 1 letter e) of EU Reg. 2016/679, the personal data collected will be kept in a form that allows the identification of the data subjects for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data are processed. The retention of data of a personal nature provided depends on the purpose of the processing and the user may view the same by consulting the Data Retention Policy of the data controller.
- NATURE OF CONFERMENT AND REFUSAL
The provision of data is optional or necessary depending on the different purposes of processing.
Specifically, the provision of data for the purposes of browsing and booking services is necessary in order to pursue your legitimate interest, i.e. your legitimate expectation to receive feedback from the owner and book a service. Failure to provide the data will make it impossible to offer you the requested service and to process your request. The provision of data for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter is optional and must be freely provided by you. Failure to provide the data will result in the impossibility of subscribing to the newsletter of the data controller, but will have no negative consequences with respect to the possibility of booking a service.
- RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES
You may assert your rights as expressed in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of EU Regulation 2016/679, by contacting the Controller, or the Data Processor, ex art.38 paragraph 4, at info@citylifeinstitute.it.
You have the right, at any time, to ask the data controller for access to your personal data, rectification, deletion of your personal data, and restriction of processing. Furthermore, you have the right to object, at any time, to the processing of your data (including automated processing, e.g. profiling), as well as to the portability of your data. Without prejudice to any other administrative and jurisdictional recourse, if you consider that the processing of your data violates the provisions of EU Reg. 2016/679, pursuant to Art. 15 letter f) of the aforementioned EU Reg. 2016/679, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali and, with reference to Art. 6 paragraph 1(a) and Art. 9 paragraph 2(a), you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. In the event of a request for data portability, the Data Controller shall provide you with the personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, subject to paragraphs 3 and 4 of Article 20 of EU Reg. 2016/679.
