Litigation and Compensation

Declaration pursuant to Article 4(3), LAW No. 24 of 8 March 2017

The law provides as follows:

Public and private healthcare facilities shall make available, through publication on their website, the data relating to all compensation paid in the last five years, verified as part of the exercise of the health risk monitoring, prevention and management (risk management) function referred to in Article 1, paragraph 539, of Law No. 208 of 28 December 2015

In the past five years, City Life Institute has had no litigation with patients and has not paid direct or indirect compensation through the insurance company.
